Duties of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the fast fit centre to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage a team of technicians and customer service staff, maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and operating budgets
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
- Oversee stock management and ordering to optimise workshop efficiency
- Drive local marketing and PR initiatives to enhance the centre’s community profile
- Contribute to staff training and development programmes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and MOT testing regulations (when qualified)
- Maintain operational standards and ensure high levels of service quality
Requirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
- Minimum of 2 years’ management experience within the automotive industry
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong customer relations skills with a track record of exceeding customer service standards
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in fast fit repairs, MOT testing, or vehicle servicing is highly desirable
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business growth
