Aqua Sana Forest Spa is an award-winning spa offering a combination of experiences, products and treatments. Each Center Parcs location is uniquely designed, with up to 25 spa experience rooms to explore. There is also an extensive range of face and body treatments available to book, carried out by expert therapists using products from the finest product houses including Elemis, Comfort Zone and VOYA. Aqua Sana Forest Spa is extremely popular and is accessible to both guests staying on the Village as a Center Parcs guest, and external guests who visit Aqua Sana Forest Spa during Spa Days and Spa Breaks.
As a Spa Host you will provide a professional and friendly welcome to all Aqua Sana Guests, ensuring the smooth running of the Guest Service Journey and delivering the best possible experience. Working as part of a team, the role requires an outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all guests are greeted in a bright, professional and friendly manner and ensuring their requests/queries are dealt with efficiently.
- Working alongside the entire Aqua Sana team to ensure the smooth running of the department you will be at the heart of the guest journey, regularly engaging with our guests throughout their time with us.
- Checking the spa and general areas on a regular basis and ensuring they are to the required standard.
- Escalating any issues to the Aqua Sana Duty Manager.
- Leading a range of complimentary wellness sessions for our guests to enjoy.
- To have a good understanding of our spa booking system.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 96 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
Please note that to apply for a role with us, you must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Longleat Forest (BA12 7PU), as it is not easily accessible by public transport.

Essential requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer Literacy.
- Pre-empts problems and seeks to find solutions.
- Previous experience of working within a similar role / beauty industry.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues.
- Ability to utilise excellent time management skills and use own initiative and teamwork.

- Previous experience with spa / leisure booking system.
