New Resource Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Warminster for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive warehouse and production environment where you will play a key role in stock movement, goods in/out, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Shift Pattern

Rotating shifts: Early: 5:45 am – 2:00 pm, Late: 1:45 pm – 10:00 pm Monday to Friday = 41.25 hours per week

The Role

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload deliveries
  • Move stock and materials around site
  • Support goods in / goods out processes
  • Palletise, wrap and label stock
  • Carry out daily FLT checks
  • Work in line with all Health & Safety procedures
  • Support wider warehouse and production tasks when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or equivalent)
  • Previous FLT or warehouse experience preferred
  • Reliable, punctual and hard-working attitude
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong awareness of Health & Safety
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexible and willing to support wider operations
