We are looking for a driven Warehouse Operative to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bridgwater (TA6).
Salary: £26,935.20
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday PM - 8 hour shifts 14:00 - 22:00
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term

Full training will be provided to ensure you are competent, confident, and safe in carrying out this work.
Ideally, you will be an experienced warehouse operative with previous FLT experience and a solid understanding of working in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Responsibilities:- Operate Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) trucks safely and efficiently to move, store, and retrieve stock from high-level racking.
- Place palletised goods accurately into designated VNA locations, following warehouse layout and stock rotation requirements.
- Retrieve raw materials and finished goods in line with production schedules and dispatch priorities.
- Conduct daily pre-use checks on VNA equipment and report any faults or defects.
- Work at heights of up to 16 metres, maintaining full awareness of safety protocols.
- Accurately scan, record, and update stock movements using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Support stock accuracy through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and location audits.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within VNA aisles, walkways and storage areas.
- Comply fully with H&S policies, site rules and operational procedures.
- Experience as a warehouse operative with FLT experience and a solid understanding of working in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment (preferred).
