Responsibilities
- Provide full‑time out‑patient gastroenterology clinics, ward care, and attend multi‑disciplinary team meetings.
- Participate in quality improvement programmes and contribute to service development.
- Complete administrative duties and support continuing medical education.
- Receive training in endoscopy with support for career development; upon independence, perform independent endoscopy lists.
- Adapt job plan on a weekly basis to maximise training opportunities while maintaining service continuity.
- Work with a clinical/educational supervisor and receive guidance for career progression.
- Comply with mandatory training, appraisal, and re‑validation requirements.
- Undertake any reasonable additional duties as agreed with manager.
