Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning duties across multiple areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces.
- Use specialized equipment such as buffers and floor polishers to maintain high-quality floor care if and when needed.
- Conduct janitorial tasks like trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with custodial responsibilities including window cleaning, surface polishing, and minor maintenance tasks if and when needed.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is used safely and correctly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, with knowledge of commercial or industrial cleaning practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout your shift.
