Supported Living (Days & Nights) Location: Walsall
We are currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Support Workers to join our Supported Living team in Burntwood. We have both day and night shifts available for an ongoing agency role supporting adults with mental health needs and challenging behaviour. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and promoting independence within a supported living environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting service users with daily living tasks
- Promoting independence, wellbeing, and choice
- Managing and supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
- Providing emotional and practical support
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
- Working as part of a professional and supportive team
- Previous experience working with mental health and challenging behaviour is essential
- Drivers and non-drivers welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, flexible, and compassionate approach
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Speaking Punjabi would be an advantage
