Caldmore Primary Academy is looking for a Fixed Term Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work with class teachers to raise learning and attainment of pupils. This role will involve promoting pupils’ independence, self‑esteem and social inclusion and providing support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement. The successful candidate will share our passion for education and join our dedicated team to uphold the Academy’s vision and values.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will hold GCSE level (including English and Maths grade C/4+) and an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- First aid training or willingness to undertake is essential.
