You will be the first point of contact for people related queries and you will play an integral role in providing a timely, efficient and high-quality administration service and support the HR team to provide a professional, responsive, consistent and effective HR service to the organisation. You will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of HR & payroll tasks throughout the employee life cycle. With the ability to create effective working relationships with the HR team managers, teams and all employees within the organisation, you will work as part of the wider HR team to provide and promote HR service excellence & proactively contribute to improving the employee experience. All staff will be required to have an enhanced DBS check.
