Phoenix Care Staff are looking for an experienced Support Worker who is committed to helping others and are looking to start going out to work as soon as possible. We are looking for staff who are understanding, compassionate, have strong communication skills who can build a trust with service users and residents and staff who are driven by passion about supporting people in the care sector.

Phoenix Care Staff offer flexible work hours including day/night shifts to fit around your life for that home/work life balance. We offer a fabulous rate of pay starting from £12.71 dependant on previous experience.

Requirements:
  • 6 months experience working in the UK.
Duties of a Support Worker will include:
  • Person centred approach.
  • Personal care.
  • Assisting clients to wash, dress and assist with personal hygiene.
  • Working with challenging behaviour.
  • Building positive relationships with clients.
  • Supporting residents to feel at home and relaxed.
  • Supporting clients to carry out day to day activities.
  • Supporting service users with physical and learning disabilities.
  • Supporting service users with mental health issues.
