We are looking for volunteers who have these qualities:
- Reliability: support on a regular volunteer schedule to provide consistency.
- Live in the Black Country, within a reasonable travel distance to site.
- Volunteers must be over 18.
- Able to travel to site.
- Friendly and welcoming with good communication skills, able to speak with clients and staff and build rapport.
- Able to follow confidentiality policy and professional boundaries to keep themselves and patients safe.
- Enthusiasm and desire to help improve experiences of patients and improve wellbeing.
- Computer skills: able to use email, databases and other software.
