Role Overview: Supporting with personal care, nutritional support, social care, welfare checks and medication administration to individuals based within their own homes. Working unsupervised, alone or as a pair. Supported by a team of supervisors and a 24/7 on call team. Shifts available include Community days 7am - 2pm, lates 4pm - 10pm; Night shifts 9pm - 6am. Reliable, committed and a good team player. A good communicator who possesses a passion for helping others. Driving licence (or be prepared to walk to appointments).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent.
