Homme Soft Fruit Ltd are looking for people to pick soft fruit (strawberries) at our farm in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire from April 2026 onwards. You may also be required to pick cherries at another location in Herefordshire.
Please be under no illusion, fruit picking is not easy; it is physically very demanding, consisting of manual labour where you will be expected to work outside in all weather conditions and be on your feet for potentially up to 8 - 10 hours per day and for 6 days per week. The farm operates 7 days a week and you MUST remain flexible to the amount of hours and locations, as the weather will affect picking requirements.
The preference is for any applicants to live local to Ross on Wye or within commuting distance. Accommodation can be provided if required and you will be in shared facilities within a mobile home. Accommodation charges will apply.
