The Facilities Department is looking to recruit hardworking enthusiastic individuals to join our Cleanliness Service Team at Arrowe Park Hospital.
As a Healthcare Cleaning Professional, you will support the day‐to‐day operations of our hospital by maintaining excellent cleaning standards that provide a clean and safe environment for patients.
Responsibilities
Perform general baseline cleaning duties, including mopping, vacuuming, damp dusting, cleaning toilets and bathrooms, and serving beverages to patients.
Work bank holidays as required.
Carry out specialised cleaning duties such as infection prevention and control cleaning when directed.
Prioritise workload flexibly and adapt to changes, working in all areas of the hospital as instructed.
Deliver customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Qualifications and Skills
Flexible and adaptable approach to prioritise workload.
Customer service skills; friendly and approachable.
Reliable with good time management.
Aware of infection prevention and control practices within a healthcare environment.
Demonstrate core capabilities and behaviours of the role.
Passionate about delivering high‐quality service.
Cleaning experience desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
