Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a smile, share Star Buys and make sure everyone leaves feeling great.
- Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked.
- Play a key role in smashing store targets.
- Receive in‑store training over the first 12 months.
- Participate in a discussion and observation of your performance at the end of training.
- Support your team and tutor to complete the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Qualifications
- Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4’s for Scotland).
- Not currently in any form of education and available for full‑time shifts.
- Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Brand new to retail.
