Position: Administration Assistant – responsible for providing high‑quality clerical, administrative and data management support in a busy school office.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff, managing enquiries, telephone calls and communications in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Maintain accurate pupil records and support attendance processes.
  • Handle school communications and assist with reports, data entry and general office systems.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of school activities such as trips, clubs, admissions, newsletters and payment systems.
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues, families and external agencies, ensuring information is managed efficiently and sensitively at all times.
