What you’ll be doing

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a dig/excavation or utilities environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Streetworks legislation and safety requirements.
  • Supervise reinstatement activities across multiple sites in line with specifications and regulations.
  • Ensure all reinstatement works meet required quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Lead and manage reinstatement teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and adherence to standards.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in a dig/reinstatement supervisory role, preferably in a R&M service or metering environment.
  • Strong understanding of R&M systems, repair and installation procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft packages and other devices for data capture and communication.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Technical aptitude.
  • National Water Hygiene (Blue Card).
