What you’ll be doing
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a dig/excavation or utilities environment.
- Good working knowledge of Streetworks legislation and safety requirements.
- Supervise reinstatement activities across multiple sites in line with specifications and regulations.
- Ensure all reinstatement works meet required quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Lead and manage reinstatement teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Carry out regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and adherence to standards.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in a dig/reinstatement supervisory role, preferably in a R&M service or metering environment.
- Strong understanding of R&M systems, repair and installation procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using Microsoft packages and other devices for data capture and communication.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Technical aptitude.
- National Water Hygiene (Blue Card).
