We are looking for a trainee manager to join our fast-paced friendly team at our Kirkby premises. This is a hands-on mid-level management role with real responsibility and room to grow.

The role:

  • Liaise with customers and employees to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support management with planning, coordination, and problem solving.
  • Assist with project work and production-related tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in a busy working environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience using 2D CAD software.
