Salary & Hours
- Full time permanent 36.25 hrs/week – actual salary £27,576-£28,985 (pro rata)
- Full time permanent 35 hrs/week – actual salary £26,624-£27,985
- Fixed‑term maternity cover 35 hrs/week – actual salary £26,624-£27,985 (1 year)
- Part time 3 days, 21.5 hrs/week – actual salary £16,355-£17,190
Responsibilities
- Support teachers by taking a lead role in the classroom, covering for the teacher when required.
- Develop and manage a specialist area of support within the school.
- Support the professional development of less experienced TAs.
Qualifications
- Holder of a TA3 or equivalent qualification (or currently working towards it).
- Experience working with children with SEND.
