Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday / Hybrid working generally 2 days in the office and 3 days at home

About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team and help shape the future of our services through innovative redesign. In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance on job design, support the development of clear and compelling role profiles, and lead on job evaluation to ensure grading decisions are fair, evidence-based, and transparent. You’ll play a key part in maintaining a consistent and fit-for-purpose pay framework as our organisation evolves, helping us create roles that attract and retain the best talent. If you’re passionate about building structures that support people and performance, we’d love to hear from you. You will also lead and coordinate our Supported Internship scheme ensuring delivery of meaningful work placements for young people with special educational needs, to progress into sustained employment.

About You: Hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification or a degree in a relevant discipline. Have experience in job evaluation, providing HR advice and developing practical solutions to meet service needs. Build strong relationships, influence and negotiate effectively. Be confident in analysing and interpreting information to provide clear advice and informed recommendations, and have strong attention to detail.
