We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Success Advisor to join our client's growing team based in Trafford Park, Manchester. The rate of pay is £25,600 per annum, plus bonus. This is a full‑time role working fixed shifts from 8am to 5pm. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support across a range of communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out a variety of outbound calls, from check‑in to proactive cold‑call sales calls.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
