We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Administrator Apprentice to join our busy and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support.
The successful candidate will work closely with managers and staff to ensure records, communications, and compliance documentation are maintained efficiently and accurately.
As well as £27,000.00 p.a.
Please note: Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle Location: (2 Sites) Ashley Office (WA15) - 1 day per week Partington Office (M31 4NL) - 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across the organisation.
- Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and enquiries.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
- Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and training administration.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist with compliance and audit documentation.
- Manage filing systems and office supplies.
- Support managers with scheduling, appointments, and data management.
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are always maintained.

Qualifications Required
Grade 4 and above in English & Maths

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential) Training to be Provided Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer.
They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
Training Included
- Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard Functional skills in Maths and English if required This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
Future Prospects
There is the opportunity for the candidate to become permanent member of the team once a probation period is completed
