Winsford Ambitek is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Winsford, who are looking to expand their team with a number of skilled Time Served Fabricators.

The Role

As a Fabricator, you’ll be working with 20mm - 40mm thick plate in a structural steel environment. From interpreting technical drawings to producing high-quality components, you’ll play a key role in ensuring production standards are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricating components from 20mm - 40mm plate
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Using a variety of tools and equipment in a structural steel setting
  • Delivering work to a consistently high standard within given timeframes

What We’re Looking For

  • Time Served with a solid background in structural steel fabrication
  • Proven experience working with thick plate materials
  • Ability to work independently from technical drawings and specifications
  • Willingness to complete and pass a trade test before starting

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 7:45am – 4:45pm
Friday: 7:45am – 12:45pm (early finish)

Pay Rates (CIS or Umbrella)

Basic: £23.09 per hour
Overtime: £31.44 per hour (after 39 hours)
