Responsibilities:
- Maintain required security standards of the service by following relevant policies and procedures.
- Operate as an active member of the housekeeping team with day‑to‑day responsibilities.
- Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors and service users.
- Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
- Attend mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
- Enjoy cleaning and take satisfaction from a job well done.
- Prioritise duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- High attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Completion of a DBS disclosure.
