We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to help autistic adults live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating)
  • Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts)
  • Support life skills and independence (budgeting, shopping, meal preparation)
  • Follow support plans and daily routines to build confidence and independence

Qualifications and Experience

  • Positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people
  • Experience with autistic people (helpful but not essential)
  • Personal experience or passion for helping others
  • Possession of a valid driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred
  • Criminal background check and enhanced DBS check (preferred)

Working Hours

Flexible 20+ hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Must be available for varying working patterns.
