Enable Trust is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to work with managers across our SEND and Alternative Provision settings. You will provide trusted HR guidance, support people processes, and help create a positive staff experience throughout their journey with us.
As a key member of the newly established People & Culture team, you’ll influence policy, drive improvements, and collaborate with schools, central teams and partners to deliver inclusive, high-quality support for colleagues.
