As a Theatre Practitioner in Anaesthetic, you will:
- Work with leading consultants and like-minded professionals
- Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities
- Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff
- Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
- Ensure the safe administration of anaesthetics and monitor vital signs throughout surgical procedures
- Participate in maintaining a sterile operating environment and adhering to all safety protocols
- Collaborate closely with anaesthetists and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Interact closely with colleagues on the ward

We host 2 fully digital ultra clean air operating theatres, an excellent physiotherapy department, 24-hour high dependency, surgical and medical RMO cover and exemplary outpatients and diagnostic service. The patient feedback for our hospital is one of the best within the Nuffield Health estate and this is something our staff and consultants are very proud of.
