Care Manager (Cheltenham & Tewkesbury) – Full time, Permanent. £35,000 per year, with performance‑based targets and opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the care team to deliver exceptional home care services.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards.
- Complete care assessments, reviews, and risk assessments.
- Manage staff rotas, supervisions, and ongoing development.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare partners.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of care staff.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the care sector.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred or willingness to work towards it).
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and domiciliary care standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- On‑call availability.

Location
This role is Cheltenham and Tewkesbury‑based, with occasional travel to surrounding locations as required.
