Duties
Hours of work: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Replace and repair damaged or compromised bodywork panels
- Conduct chassis and framework repairs to manufacturer standards
- Accurately assess vehicle damage to determine appropriate repair methods
- Repair bumpers, doors, and other body components as required
- Prepare vehicles for painting through filler application, sanding, masking, and priming
- Carry out vehicle paint spraying and refinishing to industry standards
- Mix and apply paints using suitable equipment and systems
- Ensure all repairs and refinishing works meet internal and external quality standards
- Work collaboratively within a team to maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment
Requirements
- Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Body Repair / Paint Refinishing (preferred)
- Alternatively, at least 3‑4 years of relevant, hands‑on experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer
- Valid UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Reliable, motivated, and professional work ethic
