Duties

Hours of work: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

  • Replace and repair damaged or compromised bodywork panels
  • Conduct chassis and framework repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage to determine appropriate repair methods
  • Repair bumpers, doors, and other body components as required
  • Prepare vehicles for painting through filler application, sanding, masking, and priming
  • Carry out vehicle paint spraying and refinishing to industry standards
  • Mix and apply paints using suitable equipment and systems
  • Ensure all repairs and refinishing works meet internal and external quality standards
  • Work collaboratively within a team to maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment

Requirements

  • Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Body Repair / Paint Refinishing (preferred)
  • Alternatively, at least 3‑4 years of relevant, hands‑on experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Reliable, motivated, and professional work ethic
