Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
  • Work across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
  • Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
  • Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
  • Coach colleagues, give feedback, and role‑model great service.

  • Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
