Overview

The Belgrave Hotel is a well-established, family-run hotel overlooking South Beach and Caldey Island. With over 50 years of history, we pride ourselves on delivering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a high standard of service that consistently exceeds our guests’ expectations.

Role

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable individual to join our team in a dual Reception and Bar role.

Responsibilities

  • This is a varied role combining front-of-house reception duties with bar service.
  • You’ll be the face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay.

Shift Pattern

  • Saturday: 3:30pm – 11:00pm
  • Sunday: 3:30pm – 11:00pm

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
  • Reliable and able to work weekends consistently
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be over 18 (due to bar work)
  • Must have own transport due to shift times and location
  • Previous experience in reception or bar work is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
