We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our thriving team at Anglian Home Improvements on a temporary basis for 12 months.
We are looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused individual who will support our team in ensuring the smooth running of our local depot. The role involves coordinating installation teams, resolving operational issues, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact point for customers, delivering exceptional support.
- Coordinate installation teams, trades, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and track appointment schedules and installation plans to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of project details related to installations.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently to minimise disruptions.
- Process purchase orders and reconcile invoices.
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and inter‑personal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
