We are currently seeking Level 3 Early Years professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding childcare.

Location: Telford and surrounding areas

Flexible Hours: Full days (minimum 8 hours) OR PM shifts from 12:00 pm Between Monday and Friday

Pay: Up to £582.80 per week (including holiday pay). This is based on a 40-hour week.

Work Type: Flexible bank work (block bookings, full-time, or part-time) Guaranteed salary with a minimum 3-day weekly commitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0–5 within the EYFS framework.
  • Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
  • Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2) obtained before 2014
  • EYPS, EYTS, PGCE, or QTS with Early Years/EYFS experience
  • At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience (employment or placement) with references
