Important Information
This is a female-only role due to the specific needs of the individuals our client supports. This requirement is in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 and constitutes a genuine occupational requirement.
This is a community-based outreach position where you will support individuals in their own homes and out in the community. Support is delivered in structured block hours, promoting consistency and meaningful engagement.
You will be supporting people to:
- Access the community and attend appointments
- Build independence and daily living skills
- Engage in social activities and hobbies
- Maintain their wellbeing and personal goals
- Develop confidence and life skills
