Telford & Wrekin Council has put children and families at the heart of its vision for the future. In reshaping our services, we have established Family Connect, a new multi-agency partnership approach to safeguarding children and young people. Family Connect operates a single point of contact for services accessed by the public and professionals to ensure that the right service is delivered at the right time, in the right place by the right people.
The Family Connect Service is a fresh approach to safeguarding children. It consists of a multi-agency partnership that offers child-centred coordinated activity. The post holder working in the Family Connect service will be required to supply all stakeholders with timely information, advice, guidance and support to ensure the right service at the right time can be accessed.
This post is office based and operates Monday, Thursday and Friday 8:50am – 5:00pm.
