An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic Team Secretary to join the admin team within the Bolton CAMHS Service. You will provide secretarial support to the Bolton CAMHS clinical team which includes the senior leadership team, providing a full, comprehensive and confidential secretarial service to those, based on the Bolton CAMHS site.
You will support the clinical members of the team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the service and the best possible experience for children, young people and their families and carers. The post holder will support coordination of clinical activity including managing referrals and appointments; will be responsible for the full secretarial service including typing of letters and reports; and will support the maintenance of complete and accurate patient records.
Will undertake general office duties including typing of minutes, reports, other correspondence, actioning any requirements identified within the typing, diary management and dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal and external agencies. You will have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and be hard working, conscientious and committed.
In order to meet the needs of the Trust, you may be required from time to time to work outside of your normal geographical area of work. The Trust reserves the right to change your normal area of work to any other location within the Trust.
