Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Have experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people
- Be confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Can assist teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
- Are passionate about helping students reach their potential
- Are adaptable and happy to work across KS3–KS4
- Have a positive, proactive approach to learning support
