We are looking to appoint a School Attendance and Inclusion Administrator to join the team at Danesfield Middle School.

Purpose of the Role

  • To support inclusive practice across the school by ensuring robust attendance monitoring and intervention.
  • Providing high-quality administrative support for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
  • Coordinating statutory processes and maintaining accurate records and compliance.
  • Enabling timely, data-informed decisions so pupils with barriers to attendance and learning receive effective support.

Working hours - 37.5 hours per week

Working weeks: Term Time plus 2-5 inset days

Salary: Grade 13 (point 6-11 range) £25,989 - 28,142 FTE.
