Join Our Team Supporting Young People
We are recruiting Children's Support Workers in Taunton to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people within a residential environment. You will play an important role in helping young people develop confidence, independence, and life skills.
Salary: £13.45 to £14.15p/h plus sleep in rate £62.64
Shift: 2 on 4 off (2 long days with sleep in between)
Responsibilities:
- Providing emotional and practical support
- Encouraging positive routines and behaviour
- Supporting recreational and educational activities
- Helping maintain a safe and nurturing environment
- Completing daily records and reports
Requirements:
- Passion for supporting children and young people
- Positive and caring attitude
- Flexible approach to shift work
