Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Base Location: Tameside One
Assessment Date: To be arranged
Responsibilities
- Day to day maintenance and administration of the system
- Training others on the system and supporting colleagues in its use
- Lead or contribute to improvement projects to enhance how the system is used across Adults, Children’s and Education services
- Liaise with the service to ensure the system meets their needs
- Play a key part in user acceptance testing for new functionality
- Developing and maintaining training materials
About You
To succeed you must be flexible, adaptable, demonstrate initiative, have strong ICT skills and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. A working knowledge of Adults, Children’s or Education Services will also be an advantage.
