The Park Academies Trust is seeking several exceptional and motivated Teaching Assistants to join our new Complex Needs team.
Location: Based at Kingfisher CE Academy and Red Oaks School
Salary range: Trust grade 1-7 (£24,522 - £25,600 FTE)
Hours: Part time and full time hours available (Term time only)
Start date: September 2026

The Role
The teaching assistant in these roles will work closely with and report to the complex needs provision leadership team. The role of the TA is to support the teacher, and individual and groups of children from primary to secondary across the curriculum working in the unit, as directed by the teacher. Teachers will provide all the necessary planning. This post involves work that can be highly confidential.
