Salary: £13.21 per hour

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 2:45pm

Term time only

About the Role: As a catering supervisor you will be responsible for supervising a small team that provides excellent catering services to the school. You will work closely with a team and strictly follow established standard operating procedures to consistently meet all service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate catering staff to ensure the timely preparation and service of all meals.
  • Quality and Standards: Assist the Catering Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring operational standards and good working practices.
  • Food Preparation: Actively participate in the daily food preparation and cooking of menu items.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Strictly maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with all food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
  • Financial Handling: Accurately complete the daily cashing-up procedure.
