Help children and young people receive safe, stable, and high‑quality residential care in partnership with Swindon Borough Council. Work alongside the Registered Manager, Deputy Manager and Senior Residential Support Worker to create an outstanding, person‑centred, trauma‑informed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the day‑to‑day care of children and young people.
  • Ensure the delivery of high‑quality, nurturing care and that Ofsted Quality standards are met.
  • Promote a culture where children’s voices are central to all decision‑making.
  • Create a home environment that supports study, learning and personal growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience working with children, young people and families.
  • Strong understanding of contextual safeguarding.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards.
  • Flexibility with regard to rota and changing needs of children and young people.
  • Relevant qualification in Residential Childcare and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to private transport.
