Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a refuse team collecting wheelie bins of domestic waste.
  • Follow a refuse vehicle around housing routes.
  • Safely load bins into vehicles.
  • Work on glass and/or garden waste.
  • Walk up to 10 miles per day – a physically demanding job.
  • Shift start times may be as early as 06:30am.
  • Due to the early starts, owning transport or living locally is essential.

Pay is £13.18 per hour, paid weekly.
