Role Overview
Catalyst Care Group is seeking an Expert with Lived Experience (Learning Disability) Co‑Trainer to support training delivery across the Swindon area. This role focuses on co‑delivering the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training, helping health and social care professionals improve their practice and understanding. Your lived experience will be central to each session, ensuring training is meaningful, engaging, and grounded in real‑life perspectives.
Key Duties
- Co‑facilitate in‑person Oliver McGowan training sessions
- Share lived experience to promote inclusive, person‑centred care
- Support participant engagement and discussion during sessions
- Help ensure training remains accessible and impactful
