Our Contract Liaison Officers sit at the core of everything we do. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and relationship building skills to keep our teams working effectively and ensure customer satisfaction. Working in a tenanted social housing environment, you will deliver an exciting new retrofit scheme including solar panels, insulation, ventilation, and window and door replacements. Mainly a site‑based role, with weekly office presence to complete administration tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Support contracts and liaise between customers, clients and the wider community.
- Deliver and manage social value and excellent customer service.
- Lead on all added‑value contractual commitments including planning and diary of community, skills and employment initiatives, keeping them in line with the Social Value Act.
- Deal with enquiries/issues relating to varying works delivered by site teams and subcontractors.
- Act as the voice and face at the contract and site level, demonstrating a customer‑focused service in a demanding public‑facing environment.
- Establish an effective communication system to keep the site team informed while maintaining good relationships with customers and the Novus team.
- Coordinate distribution of information regarding upcoming works and maintain current works and contractual commitments.
- Carry out site visits with clients and customers.
- Deal with complaints and resolve concerns in a positive manner.
- Initiate/generate technical instructions, site notes and observations.
- Identify case studies showing excellent customer service and social value impact for use in tendering new contracts.
- Manage reporting required for the contracts.
- Promote good news stories and initiatives with marketing to capture achievements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in a communication‑focused role, preferably in a tenanted social housing environment.
- Confident presentation skills and relationship building.
- Proficiency in IT and understanding of retrofit compliance documentation is desirable.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility around hours and travel.
- Full UK driving licence; DBS check will be completed.
