We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and professional Teaching Assistant in the Swansea area. If you are passionate about helping young people with Additional Learning Needs, this is a huge opportunity to help them unlock their full potential whilst developing your own abilities.

About the role
Support pupils with a wide range of additional needs such as:
- Dyslexia & Dyscalculia
- SCLN (Speech, Language, and Communication Needs)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs)
You may be required to work in either small groups or 1 to 1, allowing pupils to engage and regulate emotions. Working with pupils with IDPs may be required to allow for personalised support.

- Using resources to assist with individual needs
- Work alongside other staff members whilst supporting teachers
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all pupils
Requirements
- GCSE (5 Cs and above)
- Enhanced DBS check
- EWC registration (or willing to register if not already)
- Previous experience working with pupils who require ALN (desired)
