Essential:
- Drive to and from outdoor activities such as swimming, rock climbing, parkour, skating, surfing, mountain boarding, biking and scooter rides.
- Provide constant supervision to ensure safety while outdoors.
- Have first‑aid training and knowledge of safe restraint.
- Be energetic, adventurous and have a good sense of humour.
- Be dependable, arrive on time and be adaptable/flexible to changing plans.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Have business insurance on the car used for client transport.
Desirable:
- Non‑smoker.
- Enjoys exercise and outdoor activities.
- Calm, confident, mature, patient, friendly and easy‑going.
- Can cook meals if needed.
- Able to set clear boundaries and enforce them consistently.
Additional Support: Support with going out in the community.
Probation & DBS: A six‑month probationary period will apply. A DBS check is required prior to commencement; eligible applicants will have DBS costs met by Swansea Council.
