Essential:

  • Drive to and from outdoor activities such as swimming, rock climbing, parkour, skating, surfing, mountain boarding, biking and scooter rides.
  • Provide constant supervision to ensure safety while outdoors.
  • Have first‑aid training and knowledge of safe restraint.
  • Be energetic, adventurous and have a good sense of humour.
  • Be dependable, arrive on time and be adaptable/flexible to changing plans.
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality.
  • Have business insurance on the car used for client transport.

Desirable:

  • Non‑smoker.
  • Enjoys exercise and outdoor activities.
  • Calm, confident, mature, patient, friendly and easy‑going.
  • Can cook meals if needed.
  • Able to set clear boundaries and enforce them consistently.

Additional Support: Support with going out in the community.

Probation & DBS: A six‑month probationary period will apply. A DBS check is required prior to commencement; eligible applicants will have DBS costs met by Swansea Council.
