About the Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at TeacherActive, you will manage your own desk and be responsible for developing new business and selling recruitment services, building relationships with schools, visiting clients, sourcing, interviewing and placing high‑quality candidates, managing your candidate pool and database, meeting agreed KPIs and targets, and working with sales and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Working Hours
In term time, Monday to Friday:
- 1 day 7:30‑5:30 pm
