We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer for our client, an established automotive accident repair centre located in Swansea.

- Competitive hourly rate of Β£15-21, dependent on experience and current earnings
- Monthly team performance bonus scheme worth Β£150-250 - 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and your birthday off, increasing with service

- Monday to Friday working hours, with flexible start and finish times (generally 8:00am-5:00pm) Duties of a Paint Sprayer:
- Complete all paint spraying tasks to meet customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Work within estimated paint times to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
- Safeguard the vehicle and contents during repair processes
- Ensure all vehicles are safe and compliant upon return to customers
- Follow safety and procedural guidelines to uphold high standards
- Interpret technical data and spray instructions accurately
- Use all paint mixing schemes, drying areas, and equipment correctly
- Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager when work orders are unclear or incorrect
- Fully qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Strong experience as a Paint Sprayer, with individuals holding ATA accreditation being highly advantageous
- Valid UK driving license with minimal points
- Ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a busy environment
- Motivated individual with a team-focused approach
